Hi, we're Dalonic.
A small team building AI-native products, the developer tools that fall out of making them, and the infrastructure agents need to do real work.
Artifacto is first. It opens to a small group soon.
Three kinds of work that feed each other
AI-native products
Real products for everyday problems, with the model doing the heavy lifting.
Developer tools
The tools we build for ourselves first, released once daily use proves them.
Agent infrastructure
Identity, memory, and permissions, so agents can act safely on real systems.
One is already yours to use
Numbered in the order they ship.
The open-source monorepo starter we build everything on. Type-safe end to end, Bun-native, rebranded in one command. Dalonic sponsors its upkeep, because the tools you depend on shouldn't depend on someone's free weekend.

Dalonic is new; the experience behind it is not
Its team has spent five-plus years shipping production software, from SaaS platforms to open-source developer tools that projects like TanStack Router, SST, and Storybook rely on.
Everywhere it shipped, the model arrived last: bolted on after the design was finished, and everyone called it AI. Dalonic builds the other way around. Start with what the model can do, then design the smallest amount of software around it.
Say hello
A quarter of our time goes to other people's problems, when they're ones we'd have wanted to solve.
Small on purpose
Focus
A short list of problems at a time, and we never start the next one until the last one is finished.
Dogfood
Everything we build, we use daily before anyone else sees it. If it doesn't survive, it doesn't ship.
